Lieferung/Versand

• Der Versand erfolgt innerhalb von 3-5 Werktagen nach Bestellung.

• Die Lieferung erfolgt bevorzugt innerhalb Deutschlands und der Europäischen Union mit der Deutschen Post/DHL. Sofern eine andere Versandart gewünscht ist, kontaktieren Sie mich, damit ich den Wunsch prüfen und ggfs. im Bestellprozess als neue Versandart einstellen kann.

• Die Lieferzeit beträgt bis zu 3 Tage für Deutschland und bis zu 14 Tage in der Europäischen Union (je nach Land unterschiedlich).

• Die Versandkosten werden während des Bestellprozesses anhand von Gewicht und Lieferort individuell berechnet.

Delivery/Shipping

• Shipping takes place within 3-5 working days after ordering.

• Deliveries are preferably made within Germany and the European Union with Deutsche Post/DHL. If a different shipping method is desired, please contact me so that I can check the request and, if necessary, set it as a new shipping method in the ordering process.

• The delivery time is up to 3 days for Germany and up to 14 days in the European Union (depending on the country).

• The shipping costs are calculated individually during the ordering process based on weight and delivery location.

Transportschäden/Falschlieferungen

Für Waren, die Sie mit Transportschäden erhalten und für eventuelle Falschlieferungen erhalten Sie kostenfrei Ersatz. Die Versandkosten übernehme ich, in diesen Fällen.

Transport damage/wrong deliveries

For goods that you receive with transport damage and for any incorrect deliveries, you will receive a replacement free of charge. In these cases, I will cover the shipping costs.
